Added support for "SystemV" time zones syncing in from 3rd party calendars. SystemV is a very old and non-standard time zone format. FlowSavvy now handles these time zones gracefully in the calendar sync.

Short events and tasks on the calendar will now have a minimum height, so the text will always be readable instead of disappearing below a certain height. This does cause slightly more overlapping of short events and tasks in the calendar but greatly improves the usefulness of the calendar view for short events and tasks.

Implemented a note size limit and disabled images in notes. Google Calendar has a notes size limit, so exceeding that was causing the sync to fail. Supporting attachments is not a core priority related to auto-scheduling at this time, so we've removed the ability to add images in order to ensure the sync works, but if adding images/attachments is important to you, please submit a feature request!

Selecting text on the mobile apps no longer causes the "swipe" gesture to allow for easy text-selection
