What you can do with the Apple Reminders integration
When you connect Apple Reminders to FlowSavvy, FlowSavvy schedules time for your tasks and reschedules them if plans change or you get behind.
This integration is import-only, and it can only be connected from the FlowSavvy app on an iPhone or iPad. FlowSavvy reads the lists you select from that device. Title, notes, completion, due date, repeat rule, and which list a task is in come from Apple Reminders.
Changes you make in FlowSavvy are not written back to the Reminders app. Tasks you create in FlowSavvy stay in FlowSavvy. When a reminder changes in Apple Reminders, that version updates FlowSavvy the next time the connected device syncs.
How to connect Apple Reminders to FlowSavvy
Open the FlowSavvy app on your iPhone or iPad
Click your profile in the top left corner of the menu
Click settings
Go to the "Integrations" tab
Click on Apple Reminders, then click "Connect Apple Reminders" and allow access to Reminders
Important: Select which lists you want to sync to FlowSavvy. None are selected by default
The iPhone or iPad you connect is the one FlowSavvy reads. Open FlowSavvy on that device for changes in the Reminders app to sync.
Disconnecting Apple Reminders removes its lists and tasks from FlowSavvy and from any calendars those tasks were synced to. Your reminders stay in the Reminders app.
Things to know
Which tasks get synced to FlowSavvy
Tasks in the lists you select are synced. Subtasks and reminders you completed more than 30 days ago are not imported.
List title and color
The title and color of an Apple Reminders list cannot be edited in FlowSavvy. Change them in the Reminders app, and the updates sync to FlowSavvy.
You can choose the list's scheduling hours and which calendar it syncs to in FlowSavvy.
