How do I request a refund?

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, please see this page to learn how to request a refund. Apple has their own refund policy and does not give developers the ability to refund In-App Purchases.

We aim to make your experience with FlowSavvy the best possible, so if you made a payment by mistake or are not satisfied with FlowSavvy Pro and you subscribed through Google Play (Android) or Stripe (desktop), we are happy to issue a refund. Please reach out to us at support@flowsavvy.app or send us a message in the in-app help center.
Note: After we initiate a refund, a refund request is submitted to your bank or card issuer. This request takes approximately 5-10 business days to process, depending upon your bank.
