Learn how to cancel your FlowSavvy Pro subscription

Cancelling your FlowSavvy Pro subscription is easy and can be done in just a few clicks. When you cancel your subscription, you'll still have access to FlowSavvy Pro until the end of the billing period.

How do I cancel my Stripe subscription?

  1. In the FlowSavvy menu, click "Manage subscription in Stripe".

  2. Click "Cancel plan".

  3. Confirm by clicking "Cancel plan" again.

  4. Optional: Please consider leaving us a message about why you cancelled so we can improve!

Why was I charged after I cancelled?

If you were charged after canceling, it is most likely because you cancelled after the subscription renewal date and the charge you're seeing is the settlement of a payment initiated before the cancellation.

When a renewal payment fails, the system will automatically retry up to three times over the following days. If one of these retry attempts succeeds, it may appear as though you were charged after canceling, but it is actually just the retried charge from the already-processed renewal.

To avoid this, please ensure you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. If you did not cancel in time and would like to request a refund, you can find instructions on how to submit a refund request here.
