Why isn't the widget updating?
The widget is supposed to update every time you close or minimize the app and every 15 minutes. However, the operating system controls the refresh rate and may prevent it from updating if you're low on battery, memory, or network connection for example.
If none of those are a possible issue, please try restarting your phone and re-adding the widget to the home screen, then reach out to our support team if it is still not working.
